Another 33 state-run companies exhibited for sale
The state holdings in 33 joint stock companies will be put up for sale on the Stock Exchange of Moldova between July 28 and August 1. According to the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the state will sold its shares in companies working in different areas and located in different regions of the country.
The state holding of 60.17% in SA “Introscop” will be put up for sale for an initial price of 32 million lei, the 100% holding in SA “Aeroport Handing” – for 20.4 million lei, the 34.9% holding in SA “Jolly Alon” – for 62.6 million lei. There will be also sold shares in a number of tobacco factories located in Falesti, Orhei, Floresti, Cupcini, Soldanesti and other towns.
Earlier, the state sold its holding in IS “Energogazpurificare” for 13.5 million lei, IS “Aleval - Service”– for 8.8 million lei, IS “Asprodalim - Trans” for 1.1 million lei etc.
The tobacco plant Tutun CTC, the Central Department Store UNIC located in the center of Chisinau, the shoe factory Zorile and the carpet factory Floare Carpet will be auctioned this September.
Three rounds of auctions have been held so far. The state sold its holdings in 66 companies for 207 million lei overall.//REPORTER.MD
