“Barza Alba” company’s profit increased by around 26% in 2008
Stock venture “Barza Alba” earned in 2008 a net profit of 3.84 mln lei (350 000 USD), by 25.9% up compared with the result in 2007, according to the annual report of the company.
In 2008, the sales of the company reduced by 12%, from 33.5 mln lei (3.06 mln USD) to 29.54 mln lei (2.7 mln USD).
SA “Barza Alba”, founded in 1978, is specialized in production and trading with alcoholic drinks. “Barza Alba” is one of the most popular cognac brands in the CIS region.
