Belarus increased VAT from 18% to 22%, affects Moldovan exports
From 1 June, Belarus increased VAT from 18% to 22%, which could affect the situation of Moldovan companies exporting to this country.
Belarus is the forth in the range of countries where Moldovan exports production.
In exchange, Belarus cancelled a series of taxes and diminished the income tax from 24% to 20%.
The goal of these tax reforms is ‘the fight with the import and the support of its own exporters’.
