Chisinau apartments grew dearer by 5-11% in July
After the apartment prices in Chisinau remained stable in June compared with May, in July they rose by 5-11% or up to 2,000 euros.
According to the realty agency Lara, the new apartments, especially those located in Rascani and Botanica districts, grew dearer the most, up to 60,000-61,000 euros for four-room apartments.
The cheapest apartments are the old one-room apartments situated in the zone of the Airport. In July, they got dearer by 3% up to 25,000 euros. The new four-room apartments located in Centru district of Chisinau are the most expensive ones and cost up to 62,000 euros, up 1,500 euros on June.
The prices of old apartments in Botanica district varied between 25,000 and 47,500 euros, depending on the number of rooms and the location, in Buiucani district - between 28,000 and 47.000 euros, in Ciocana district – between 27,000 and 44,000 euros, in Rascani district - between 27,000 and 46,500 euros. The old apartments in Centru district cost between 28,000 and 52,000 euros.
The new apartments in Botanica cost 27,000 to 60,000 euros, in Buiucani – 32,000 to 60,000 euros, in Ciocana – 30,000 to 60,000 euros, in Rascani – 32,000 to 61,000 euros, in Centru – 32,500 to 62,000 euros.//REPORTER.MD
