Dealership Closures Concern Car Owners About Auto Parts Availability
With thousands of auto dealerships closing across the nation and announcements of major car brands phasing out production, many car owners are alarmed about the availability of parts they'll need to maintain their vehicles. The nation's oldest and largest direct marketer of auto parts, JC Whitney has reassuring news for these motorists.
"In our 95 year history, we've seen big auto makes like Oldsmobile and Plymouth go out of business, and we continue to stock thousands of replacement, performance, and restoration parts for virtually all of them," said JC Whitney's President & CEO Tom West. "We have over 6 million individual parts and accessories for almost every car, truck, and motorcycle, from the latest model year back to the 1920s. And if we don't have a part in stock, we have over 2,000 vendors to help us find it."
"For almost 100 years we've been delivering high quality auto parts at the lowest prices," added West. "As long as Americans love driving, we'll be here to keep them rolling."
