FinComBank will increase its authorized capital
The shareholders of FinComBank will consider raising the bank’s authorized capital at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for August 18. The meeting will also approve the list of shareholders that subscribed for shares of the 19th set and will adopt the new version of the bank’s statute.
In October 2007, after the bank issued the 18th set consisting of 366,442 shares, its authorized capital was increased by 36.64 million lei to 129.544 million lei.//REPORTER.MD
