FinComBank will participate in auctions selling state shares as broker
The Public Property Agency selected FinComBank as stockbroker at the auctions that will be held to sell stat-owned shares in 33 joint stock companies between July 28 and August 1.
According to a communique from the Agency, the potential buyers must file the applications for participation to FinComBank. Until the auctions start, the applicants must sign a brokerage contract with FinComBank, legalize the necessary documents and prove that they have financial recourses available for purchasing shares.
The state will sell its holdings in such companies as SA Introscop (for an initial price of 32 million lei), SA Aeroport Handing (20.4 million lei), SA Jolly Alon (62.6 million lei) and in a number of tobacco factories located in Northern Moldova.
Three rounds of auctions to sell public property have been held so far on the Stock Exchange of Moldova. The state sold its holdings in 66 companies for 207 million lei overall. Such state-owned companies as Tutun CTC, UNIC Department Store, Floare Carpet and Zorile will be put up for sale this September.//REPORTER.MD
