Investprivatbank pays dividends for 2007
Investprivatbank started to pay dividends for the year 2007. Under a decision made at the yearly meeting of shareholders, the dividends will make up 8% of the nominal value of the ordinary shares and 9.6% of the nominal value of the preferred shares.
The bank will allocate over 8.83 million lei for paying dividends. This is 79.17% of the net profit made in 2007.
At the same time, 15.83% of the net profit made last year will be used for developing the bank, while 5% will be transferred to the reserve fund.//REPORTER.MD
