Investprivatbank will raise capital by 50m lei
Investprivatbank will increase its authorized capital by 50 million lei and issue an additional set of 500,000 shares. Such a decision was made at the general meeting of shareholders last weekend.
Late in May, the authorized capital of Investprivatbank was 110 million lei.
The commercial bank Investprivatbank SA was founded on August 8, 1994. Presently, the bank has 11 branches and 18 representative offices.//REPORTER.MD
