Milestii Mici Complex will be reconstructed
The Quality Wine Complex “Milestii Mici” will be renovated beginning with the next year. According to the presidential press service, the project to reconstruct the Center of Wine Culture will be implemented between 2009 and 2011.
The design works will be completed by this yearend. The reconstruction works will start early in 2009.
The final Center of Wine Culture project is an improved and generalized synthesis of the four strategies worked out earlier by students of the Urbanism and Architecture Faculty of the Technical University of Moldova (UTM).
The wine complex was founded in 1969 as brand wine storehouse as part of the factory-sovkhoz “Moldova”. Milestii Mici owns a Gold Collection registered in the Guinness World Records Book as the largest wine collection in the world. It includes about 2 million bottles// Reporter.MD
