Moldcell: The extension of the loyalty program

At the end of the last year, Moldcell company launched the Loyalty Program addressed to the subscribers of advance packages, physical persons. It was one of the first actions of the operator within the loyalty platform for the year 2007 held under the slogan “Each Client Matters”. The next step of Moldcell company on its way toward stimulating client fidelity is the extension of the loyalty program. As of June 22, 2007, legal entities subscribed to advance packages that have been in Moldcell network for 6 months and over, will be receiving loyalty minutes for communication both in Moldcell network and other local networks. The fidelity bonus grows along with the term of presence in the network as follows:

For instance, if a subscriber has been in Moldcell network for 8 months, in the current month he will get 10 free minutes, and in a month he will already receive 20 free minutes for communicating with business partners and dear ones. Free minutes are valid for local calls in and outside Moldcell network for 30 days since the day of receiving the message confirming bonus allocation. The procedure of calculating the term of presence in the network and granting of free minutes is automatic, and therefore, it doesn’t require any effort from subscribers.

Note: the term of presence in the network of each subscriber will be calculated judging from the situation on the 15th day of the month, in which free minutes will be allocated. For defining the term of presence in the network, all subscriber’s active periods will be summed up. Passive periods will not be taken into account. Besides this, neither will be taken into consideration the terms of presence in the network of clients subscribed to the packages, to which the conditions of the given loyalty program do not apply. The usage of Moldcell services after the present program comes into force means the acceptance of the conditions of this offer.
