Novelties for food industry and trade companies at “CHEFS-2008” exhibit
The fifth edition of the international specialized exhibition of technologies, raw materials, products and equipment for the companies working in food industry and trade “CHEFS-2008” opened at the exhibitions center Moldexpo in Chisinau on November 20. It will continue until November 23.
According to organizers, 30 companies from Moldova and Romania are participating in the exhibition. The program of the exhibit includes presentations of food products and services and tasting events.

Professional equipment for restaurants, bars, cafes, pizzerias and candy shops made in Italy, Poland, the Netherlands and other countries are exhibited on an area of 1,800 square meters.
Besides kitchen utensils, there are displayed different pieces of furniture, textiles, design accessories, porcelain and glass dishes made by Russian, Czech, Ukrainian and Swiss producers.
The company “Business Broker Consulting” will organize a seminar on the development of the restaurant business under franchise, while the Ministry of Economy and Trade will hold a roundtable meeting on the role of food industry in the modern society.
