Pecial commission to consider economic, financial situation of Moldovagaz stock company
A special commission for considering the economic and financial situation of the Moldovagaz stock company was set up, under a parliament decision No 91 from 20 May 2010, the parliament's public relations service has said.
The special commission's goal is to examine the economic and financial situation and the transactions signed by the Moldovagaz stock company. To this end, the commission will carry out a control of the company's activity to elucidate cases of violation of the legislation in the management of the Moldovagaz stock company's financial resources, and as a result, of the negative impact on the formation of the gas tariffs.
To ensure the transparency in the activity of the parliamentary commissions and support the cooperation between the parliament and the civil society, the special commission for considering the economic and financial situation of the Moldovagaz stock company brings to the knowledge of the wide public the following:
1. The actions which are to be carried out by the special commission for checking the economic and financial activity of the Moldovagaz stock company and the enterprises subordinated to it during 2005-2010.
2. A decision of the special commission from 10 August 2010 on the creation of working groups for examining the economic and financial situation of the Moldovagaz stock company.
At the same time, for an in-depth and efficient analysis of the economic and financial activity of the Moldovagaz stock company and clearing up the unlawful acts and deviations in its activity, we appeal to Moldova's residents with a request to directly involve by providing information about actions by competent employees from the Moldovagaz stock company and the enterprises subordinated to it.
