Ukraine plans to increase power exports to Eastern Europe, including Moldova
Ukraine will export 8.328 billion kW/hour of power to Eastern Europe, including Moldova, in 2009, an increase of 4.2% compared with this year.
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Fuel and Energy, the power exports from Ukraine this year will be by 5.9% higher than a year before.
The export price of Ukrainian power in 2009 will be 90.64 USD per 1 MW/hour or by 120% higher than in 2007. This year, the export price is 61.75 USD or by 50% higher than in 2007.//REPORTER.MD
