Lion-Gri wins golden medal at les Vinalies Internationales

The Lion-Gri company is the only Moldovan winemaking company, which won a gold medal at the international contest in France - Les Vinalies Internationales – 2008.

The classic sparkling white wine of 2004 won a gold medal. All in all, 234 wines received golden medals.

In the frame of the contest 706 wines, including those, produced by Moldovan companies as Lion-Gri, Chateu Vartely, Acorex Wine Holding, received silver medals.

Moldovan wines, which won medals, will be included into the catalogue of 1000 best wines of the world.

Les Vinalies Internationales» is called the showcase of the best wines of the world. It is conducted yearly in France under the aegis of the International Union of Oenologists and the International Vine and Wine Organization. The contest’s authoritative jury, consisting of high-qualified experts determines 1000 best wines of the world.  // Infotag
