Moldindconbank to pay about 9 mln lei dividends to shareholders
The annual general ordinary meeting of Moldindconbank shareholders decided on Friday, April 4, to direct 8.9 mln lei from the net income earned by the bank in 2007 for the payment of dividends.
Thus, the shareholders will receive 22 lei dividends for each ordinary nominal share in circulation of 100 lei value. At the same time, the annual general ordinary meeting of the shareholders pronounced in favor of carrying out a closed bank share issuance worth 22.2 mln lei, at a nominal value of 100 lei. As a result, the stock capital of the bank will increase up to 63 mln lei. During the meeting, the shareholders approved the summary of the bank’s activity in 2007, the Strategic Plan of the bank for 2008-2010 and the Business Plan, the budget and the norms for the distribution of the profit for 2008. In 2007 the total assets Moldindconbank increased by 54.8% and amounted to 3,647.9 mln lei. The credit portfolio increased by 67.81% up to 2,653.2 mln lei, and the deposits balance account increased by over 61% and amounted to 3,003.45 mln lei.
