The Bank of finance and trade will announce a tender proposal for acquiring about 738.3 thousand shares (12.13%) of the Floare-Carpet factory. Fincombank owns already 12.86% shares of this enterprise.

According to the National Commission for Financial Market (NCFM), the bank has already received all the necessary permissions. The bank offers 6.1 lei for a share, which nominal value is 6 lei. After the offer is published, it will be valid within 30 days.

The Correct Register was selected as the registrar, the bank itself, which is a licensed participant in the stock exchange, will be a broker.

According to the Floare-Carpet administration, the factory and Fincombank cooperate since long time, which was established at the beginning of the 90-ies. The bank serviced and services not only the factory’s accounts, it also credited and credits actively the enterprise that allowed thousand enterprise to survive during the crisis times.

The Floare-Carpet joint stock company was set up in 1978 on the basis of the Bender Floare footwear enterprise and the Association of Domestic Crafts from Chisinau. The enterprise produces high-density machine-made. The sales markets are Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Italy, Germany, the USA and Australia. // Infotag
