The number and value of the transactions on the Moldova Stock Exchange decreased. According to the Rating and Estimation Agency “Estimator-VM”, in April the transactions totaled only about 14 million lei, as against 81 million lei in the previous month.

The quotations of the shares in Orizontul-lux SA in April fell from 10 lei to 9 lei a share compared with March, in Carmez SA – from 46 lei to 10 lei a share, in Bucuria SA – from 60 lei to 10 lei a share, in BC Victoriabank SA – from 280 lei to 275 lei a share, in Transcon-M SA – from 4 lei to 3 lei apiece. The ordinary shares issued by Moldinconbank witnessed the steepest decrease, of 247 lei. The given shares in March were traded for 2,047 lei a piece, while in April – for 1,800 lei apiece.

The dealings in the shares in BC Moldova Agroindbank SA totaled 2.13 million lei, in SA Franzeluta – 628,000 lei and in BC Mobiasbanca SA – 451,000 lei. By 21 transactions were performed with shares issued by Franzeluta SA and BC Moldova Agroindbank SA, 22 transactions – with shares in Consmont SA and 19 transactions – with shares in Mina din Cupcini SA.

According to experts of “Estimator-VM”, the only positive result in April was the rise in the number of dealings performed in interactive regime. These totaled 171 out of the 215 transactions carried out on the stock market in April.//REPORTER.MD
