Prices of Chisinau apartments on the rise

Apartment prices in Chisinau this April have increased compared with March. According to the realty agency Lara, the one-four room apartments cost between 25,500 and 60,000 euros, depending on the area and district in which they are located.

The old one-room apartments situated near the Airport are the cheapest apartments. They cost 25,500 euros on average. The new four-room apartments located in downtown Chisinau are the most expensive one and cost up to 60,000 euros.

The price of a one-room apartment in Chisinau varies between 30,500 and 36,000 euros in Centru district, between 30,000 and 31,500 euros in Rascani district and up to 30,500 euros in Buiucani. In Botanica district, the prices vary between 25,500 and 32,500 euros, while in Ciocana – between 27,500 and 31,500 euros.

The two-room apartments in Centru district cost between 43,500 and 47,000 euros, in Rascani district – between 42,000 and 44,500 euros, in Buiucani district – between 43,000 and 43,500 euros, in Ciocana – between 38,000 and 44,000 euros.

The three-room apartments in Centru can be bought for minimum 52,000 and maximum 56,500 euros, in Rascani for 52,000 to 54,500 euros, in Buiucani – for 52,000 to 52,500 euros, in Botanica – between 40,000 and 54,000 euros, in Ciocana – between 48,500 and 53,500 euros.
