BC Moldindconbank will issue an additional closed set of shares. This topic will be discussed at the extraordinary meeting of the bank’s shareholders scheduled for June 20.

The shareholders will also approve the list of persons that will subscribe for these shares. Earlier, the bank’s shareholders decided to convert the preferred shares of the first and second class into ordinary shares and to issue an additional closed set of shares worth 21.2 million lei in order to increase capitalization.

In 2007, BC Moldindconbank made a net profit of 91.4 million lei, an increase of 40.4% compared with a year before. The bank’s capital totaled 398,000 lei, by 31% higher compared with the start of 2006. Last year, the bank issued an additional set of shares worth 10 million lei // Reporter.MD
