Prices of Chisinau apartments get stable
The prices of apartments in Chisinau this June remained unchanged. According to the realty agency “Lara”, the one-four room apartments cost between 22,500 and 60,500 euros, depending on the area occupied and the location.
The cheapest apartments are the old one-room apartments situated in the zone of the Airport. In June, they cost up to 22,500 euros, as against 25,500 in April. The new four-room apartments located in Centru district of Chisinau are the most expensive ones and cost up to 60,500 euros. The prices of old apartments in Botanica district varied between 22,500 and 46,500 euros according to the number of rooms and the position, in Buiucani district between 27,000 and 45,500 euros, in Ciocana district – between 25,000 and 42,500 euros, in Rascani district - between 27,000 and 45,500 euros. The old apartments in Centru district of Chisinau cost between 27,000 and 50,500 euros. The two-room apartments in Centru cost between 44,000 and 47,500 euros, in Rascani – between 42,500 and 44,000 euros, in Buiucani – between 43,500 and 44,000 euros, in Ciocana – between 38,500 and 44,500 euros, in Botanica – between 33,000 and 45,000 euros. The new apartments in Botanica cost 26,000 to 58,500 euros, in Buiucani – 31,000 to 59,000 euros, in Ciocana – 28,000 to 58,000 euros, in Rascani – 31,000 to 58,000 euros, in Centru - 31,000 to 60,500 euros. According to the expert of IDIS Viitorul Mihai Bologan, the apartment prices in summer will become more stable as the economic entities working in constructions are more vigilant following the rise in prices, especially of fuel.
