Ukraine in the first half of this year exported to Moldova 1.405 billion kW/hour of electric power, or by 3.6% more compared with the corresponding period last year.
According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Fuel and Energy, Ukraine’s power exports to Moldova made up 38.2% of the total power exports, as against 25.4% a year before. Moldova is the second largest importer of Ukrainian power after Hungary.
Over January-June, Hungary purchased 1.488 billion kW/hour of power from Ukraine. Its imports made up 40.5% of the total power exports of Ukraine.//REPORTER.MD
