Investments of 50m euros in Shopping Malldova center
A new trading center called Shopping Malldova will be opened in Chisinau at the beginning of September. The investments in the center total 50 million euros. The mall will be the first in Moldova built according to world standards.
Over 90% of the center’s commercial space has been leased out. Among the lessees are Fourchette, Patria, Debenhams, Rock & Roll Bowling, Alina Electronic, Gameworld, Diverta, Oviesse, Motivi, Mango, Benetton, Sisley, McDonald’s, Leonardo, Koton, Nike, Lacoste, Marina Yachting, Fox, Samsonite, Mothercare, Olsen, Sacoor Brothers, Calliope, Terranova, Ted Lapidus, Orchestra, Miss Sixty, Polo Garage, Ecco, Levi’s, iStore, Lee & Wrangler, House of Art, Sela, Kenvelo, Steilmann, Geox, Salamander, Otter, Bigotti, Swarovski, Glamour Time, BSB, Nara Camicie, L’Occitane, Ovico, Moldcell, Orange, etc. Shopping Malldova has for stories and occupies an area of about 25,000 square meters.
