Moldindconbank raises authorized capital by 21.06m lei
Moldindconbank has increased its authorized capital by 21.06 million lei to 62.83 million lei, the National Commission on Financial Markets (CNPF) said.
The CNPF Administrative Board has already registered the bank’s additional share issue worth 21.06 million lei. The authorized capital is divided into 584,957 ordinary shares of the first class with a nominal value of 100 lei, 33,480 preferred shares of the second class worth 10 lei and 400,000 preferred shares of the third class with a nominal value of 10 lei.
