Union Fenosa introduces new model-form for electricity bill
Union Fenosa introduced a new model-form of the electricity bill for household consumers as from September 1. The new bill is smaller and is sent without envelope.
The address and name of the consumer, the number of the contract, the number of the meter, the calculated period, the volume of consumed power, the electric power charge and relevant calculations, the sum that must be paid and the information about debts will be indicated on one side of the new bill. The preliminary warning about disconnection if the bill is not paid in due time and the contact telephone number of the supplier will be indicated on the same side. The other side of the bill will contain different useful information for end-users.
