Inflation rate in Moldova constituted 1.3% in November
This November the inflation rate in Moldova constituted 1.3%, and cumulatively for 11 months of this year the consumption price index grew by 12.1% compared with December 2006, read data of the National Statistics Bureau (BNS).
In November food product prices grew by 1.5%, non-food product prices raised by 1.4%, and the tariffs to provided services raised by 0.8%. BNS specifies that among the food products prices raised most in November for eggs (15.4%), butter (4.8%), fresh fruits (4.5%), and grapes (38.1%). Of the non-food products prices raised most for petrol products (4.3%), women outerwear (6.6%) and children footwear (4.9%). In November the central heating prices raised by 6.4%, drinking water supply prices raised by 6.2%, and hotel services by 5.1%.
