DECA-press Agency relates that the Complex „ The city of wine” will be located on 3,96 hectares, but not on 2,83 hectares as it was foreseen initially. The parliament modified on Friday the decision which establishes the surface of this complex.
In the explicative note that comes with the project of decision the Government reminds that on the date of 28 July 2005 the parliament adopted a law through which allowed the withdrawal from the agricultural circuit of 14,83 hectares- 2,83 hectares for the infrastructure of the complex „ The city of wine”, and 12 hectares for commercialization.
The government also notes that on the date of 10 May 2006 the Republican Council for architecture and urbanism came to the proposal of increasing the terrain given for the construction of „ the city of wine”. The members of this Council made references to the stipulations of the norms of architecture and urbanism for the networks of communication, of roads, of pavements, of car parks, of central market of the complex of wine museums, of the administrative complex.
