Vine growers from the district of Calarasi will have the possibility to found or extend the vine plantations on the basis of mortgage credits, DECA-press Agency informs.
In time of a meeting of Calarasi vine growers and the representative of the Company „Moldvinipoteca”, the consultant Daniel Bobeica, the vine growers were explained the advantages of the mortgage crediting process.
As far as the requirements for the foundation of vine plantations on the basis of mortgage credits, the area of the future vine plantation must be no smaller than one hectare, and the mortgage credit or financing – for a period of up to ten years with a rate of interest of 4%. The reimbursement of the credit begins from the fifth year since the foundation of the plantation.
The adjunct-chief of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Calarasi District Council, Anatol Vulpe, says that, this way of crediting is quite good for the district of Calarasi, since almost two thirds of vine plantations are very old, mainly of „Lidia” sort. The number of plantations with European species is quite small in the district of Calarasi. // DECA-Press
