The Government approved a long list of goods imported by natural persons, whose prices they intend to monitor in the circulation on the international market.
To this end, the Cabinet of Ministers approved a number of amendments to a Government Decision of August 2007, by which it makes stricter the requirements for goods import by natural persons under the pretext of counteracting fiscal evasions.
Thus, the Executive included some over 200 names on the list of goods imported by natural persons, whose prices are to be monitored starting from the average prices on the internal market. The initial list with 53 names of goods was supplemented, in particular, with imports of sugar products, chocolate, malt beer, perfumes, powder, including compact powder, teeth cleaning products, construction materials.
In these circumstances, the Customs Service must inform the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption about the import commercial transactions during which the customs declared price differs from the average price on the internal market. The information on the average prices on the internal market is made available to the customs services by the National Bureau of Statistics. //
